Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Leader will help us establish our sales and marketing department as the first hire. We’re a trio of businesses in financial, real estate and escrow space. The initial role will assist our CPA firm in building a new base of business in various industries including upstart and established firms in the Cannabis space who need CPA services. This person should understand the importance of leadership, closing deals, successful cold calling, and time management. Organization and flexibility will be essential for success in this position. Based on performance in this position there is room for promotion and growth.

Prior Sales or Marketing Leadership Experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

● Closing deals

● Maintain & develop leads and referrals

● Create personal and business marketing plans

● Achieve monthly sales quotas

● Pipeline management

● Reporting and forecasting

● Client Onboarding & relationship management

● Understands conversion channels such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and influencer marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Ability to handle rejection

● Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

● Comfortable talking to new people all day

● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
● Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

● Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers

● Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines

● Demonstrated and proven sales results

● Understands conversion channels such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube and influencer marketing.

● Digital marketing sales experience

Requirements:

● Experience in a Business-to-Business sales role for a minimum of 3+ years

● Experience in marketing of of 2+ years

● Proficiency in English

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Fast learner and passion for sales and marketing

● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

● High school degree or equivalent (Please refer to experience. College degree isn’t required but experience must be equivalent.)
