Sales Representative

GFI Digital is looking for dynamic Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team!

Are you a competitive go-getter with a passion for prospecting and closing sales? Do you enjoy building lasting relationships in a face-to-face setting? Are you able to actively listen to needs of customer to recommend the best product for them? Is Customer Service a priority to you?

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, following up on potential leads and closing $360K annually in sales. Provide excellent Customer Service to existing clients and new business. The Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. Ongoing training provided by Sales Manager and Corporate Trainer.


  • Maintain communication with customer through on-site visits and phone calls
  • Developed and submit sales reports to Management Teams
  • Travel dedicated territory to solicit new business and maintain existing business
  • Actively listed to needs and pain points of customer to accurately recommend products and services
  • Maintain solid knowledge of products and services to answer all customer inquiries
  • Develop current customer book of business and enter all information in Sherpa (CRM)
  • Add two net new customers per month
  • Make daily prospecting calls and consult with potential clients
  • Research and understand competition in territory to identify strength and weakness in competitors
  • Generate four leads per week which will close within 60 days
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profit goals associated with responsibilities
  • Learn and understand new products as they hit the market
  • Stay up-to-date on manufactures educational tools, product changes and industry trends

All About You

  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Cold-calling to potential customer base
  • Self-starter with ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and follow clear instructions
  • Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Build productive and professional relationships with GFI employees, customers and vendors
  • Support company policies and decisions
  • Team player, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Computer operation skills and ability to use Microsoft Word

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Skills

  • Scanning and Imaging Technology Experience
