We need a Construction Management Representative (CMR) . CMR shall be knowledgeable in construction practices including applicable building codes, applicable safety regulations (must have a minimum of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour construction safety training), cost breakdown estimating and negotiating, and technical writing. CMR shall also be computer literate and able to open and manipulate Oracle Primavera Project and Microsoft (MS) Project, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
a. Education and professional qualifications related to construction, architecture and engineering.
b. Experience proving similar services for similar projects. Provide information regarding the project and the work that the CMR performed.
Period of performance:
(2) months of part time, 16 hours a week, CMR office services (meetings, submittal review, RFI review) from March 1, 2020 through April 30, 2020; (5) months of full time (48 hours a week) on-site CMR services from May 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020; (7) months of part time, 4 hours a week, CMR office services (meetings, submittal review, RFI review) from October 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021; (5) months of full time (48 hours a week) on-site CMR services from May 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.
