-Learn the basics of insurance

-Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients

-Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, so a high energy personality and a love of working with people is a must

-A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one. However, an insurance license is not required to apply or interview.
