Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM's Service Department is seeking to hire Full Time and Part Time Service Appointment Coordinators. The Service Appointment Coordinator receives all incoming service calls, makes outbound calls to help increase business, establishes relationships with the customers and schedules appointments for the Service Department. Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner when they call
  • Ask the customer qualifying questions by following Call Scripts to uncover needs
  • Schedules service appointments
  • Ensures that Service Advisors receive messages promptly
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers so they can have a great service experience
  • Meet or exceed targeted appointment goals
  • Communicate frequently with parts associates to ensure special order parts arrive timely
  • Follow up with customers on their appointments, based on how the customer wants to be informed

Requirements for this job:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions and information
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Previous Call Center experience or automotive industry experience (preferred)
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required
  • Bi-lingual a plus
