Position Overview

GAC Services is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative – GAC Services Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Call center experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments for service or sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
