Let's talk salary. The salary range for this position based on what we are asking you to do in the role starts at $80,000 and goes up to $150,000, based on qualifications and level (Junior to Senior). We'd like to start somewhere in that ballpark and go from there. Due to the classification level of the projects we support, we are not able to offer fully remote opportunities at this time. As a Defense Contractor, we are frequently working with sensitive material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure. You will have your own new, shiny desk at one of our G2 Ops offices, plus the occasional opportunity to work on-site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking with prior IT Department and manager approval. Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Customer Relationship Manager. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to customer or mission owner facing interactions. We are in the early stages of establishing a Cloud Center of Excellence for a DoD client. Our team is responsible for meeting with mission owners, discussing their requirements, and devising a plan of action to migrate them into the Cloud. We facilitate the entire onboarding process to include coordinating financials, managing any related projects for the customer, funding, and measuring customer satisfaction when migration to the cloud is complete.

What does this mean to you? We have a need for all the usual suspects as it pertains to creating an amazing customer onboarding and experience. We are seeking expertise in sales, IT, and project management. This would include facilitating the customer throughout the onboarding process to include approval, funding, and execution of their requirements. Great communication is expected between the customer and program office, management, and other staff. This role isn’t overly technical; however, you will interface with many engineers so being able to coordinate with different people in this way is essential. While you may possess some of these skills, you will have ample opportunities to learn the rest!

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret clearance and technical sales or PM certifications, or be able to obtain these.
