Customer Experience Representative
Compensation:
$43,000-$50,000 + up to $4,000 in annual bonuses
Location: Minneapolis, KS

Refine effective customer service skills in a professional Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
G.L. Huyett is a fast-growing master distributor and manufacturer of industrial fasteners. We are seeking energetic, action-oriented people with customer care experience to serve in technical functions supporting customers from around the world. In this role you work with call-in or emailed customer requests to assist in identifying and purchasing product and to provide product information to guide decisions in ordering the correct parts. We provide a three-track training program to enable you to become an expert in the field.

The ideal candidate has prior Customer Service, Industrial Distribution, or Business-to-Business (B2B) experience and is detail oriented, with a learning agility and desire to elevate professional skills. You will be trained by a knowledgeable, friendly group of peers who will invest in your career success; and in the process, you will learn more about other companies, cultures, manufacturing, and global business practices. This is a business-to-business sales environment, so customers are pleasant and professional, and working hours are normal business hours with no nights, holidays, or weekends. This role has development potential to move into more complex layers of B2B functions such as: Key Accounts, Strategic Quotes, Sales Engineering, or managerial roles.

Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment.
