Job Description

Overview

The customer service representative is responsible to manage customer queries and complaints. Will also be responsible to process modifications and escalate complaints across several communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our tiers and policies inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, upgrades, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve any member complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Prepare monthly reports of customer service tickets.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • General education degree, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with written customer support.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish
  • Fully Bilingual

Work Condition

  • Office environment.
  • Travel as required.
