A Sales Coordinator will perform entry level administrative job duties in an effort to support the Sales and Service department. This position will perform the following duties: Dispatch incoming service calls, Enter service labor hours, Open and close service work orders, Quote and schedule delivery of rental equipment with customers and internal departments, Schedule transportation of equipment between branches, Responsible for tracking and billing of rental equipment and Responsible for billing of internal and external transportation costs.
The Sales Coordinator will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a material handling industry and excellent computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
