Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

Small Family Office located in the Renaissance Center in Detroit, managing restaurants and Real Estate Developments is seeking an office manager.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

No degree necessary- just willingness and ability to learn and be part of the small team and runs the business. Free Lunch daily and Free parking in the Renaissance Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounts payable and receivable using Quick books
  • For processing payroll
  • For handling Tenant's requests and Year-end Reconciliations and all day to day operations of the office.
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years prior experience Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant
  • Must have strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Very detail-oriented,
  • Impeccable phone and e-mail communication skills.
  • Previous experience in office management and accounting,
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
