Specifically, we encourage individuals of all genders (both cis and trans) from Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American/American Indian and LGBTQIA+ communities... to apply.The Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing will oversee the Strategic Capabilities & Audience Intelligence and Performance Marketing pillars within the agencies Digital Center of Excellence that collaborate across pillars and departments to deliver best-in-class digital strategy, actionable insights and deep understanding of audience behaviors, campaign performance, competitive intelligence while implementing an innovation agenda.Duties: Guide key strategic initiatives on key agency accounts that will help drive business growth, and assist in building organizational-wide capabilities that advance the organization, Pioneer a continuous improvement mindset that fuels a disciplined approach to measuring, monitoring, and refining digital programs Ensure that all audience online touch points represent agency clients in a way that drives maximum increase in brand metrics Lead the development of Digital marketing newsletter across core agency industry verticals that elevates awareness of the agencies intellectual capital within the Digital Center of Excellence Develop in-depth POV on industry trends in digital and emerging new technologies that can provide both the agency and its clients a competitive advantage Optimize the utilization and application of technology investments across the agency and portfolio of clients Drive implementation of major components within the digital innovation agenda Develop and edit high quality client-facing strategy and planning documents and executive communications Meet deadlines and ensure integrity and accuracy in all workSkills/Qualifications: A minimum of 15 years of relevant and professional experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of modern B2B marketing (e.g., demand generation and account-based marketing).
Agency experience preferred. Confirmed experience influencing a business or marketing strategy through the application and/or management of sophisticated techniques and data driven solutions. Understanding of digital analytics (Web Analytics, SEO and Social Media Analytics) Strategic thinker, with an ability to lead the development of programs that are distinctive, relevant, creative, and measurable Experience with social listening leveraging boolean search techniques and analytics tools plus familiarity with media aggregators (Nexis, Factiva, Brandwatch, Netbase) Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, conducting trends research and/or distilling large amounts of information into usable insights Ability to lead through ambiguous situations, including balancing operational efficiency and data analysis with high quality standards while maintaining a user centric approach.
Ability to draw well-integrated conclusions and tell a cohesive story through models, presentations, and dashboards Ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail in a deadline sensitive environment
