Office Clerk

This position is responsible for managing the company workflow, overseeing process and procedures, accounting and purchasing. The Office Administrator works closely with the Administrative Manager and Planning to achieve company quality and delivery goals. An ideal candidate would be comfortable taking initiative and enjoy wearing many hats.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to team

  • Invoicing and accounts receivable, payroll

  • Answering phones

  • Maintains excellent customer and vendor relationships

  • Works with Planning to manage company work flow

  • Works to optimize processes and procedures with Management team

  • Maintain and update continual improvement database

  • Prepares purchase orders from quote and bill of material

  • Maintain tracking log and delivery schedule of all purchased items

  • Works with Planning to ensure all deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally

  • Professional and Punctual

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
