Sales Support & Analyst - Retail

• Support US Sr. Director of Retail channel across sales, analytics, and sales operations
• Maintain and work with the price architecture as well as price list by product/customer
• Support sales calls by creating top-class customer and partner presentations
• Maintain, update and improve any sales related materials - presentations, product summaries, pricing list, etc
• Track market, sales, and promotional performance utilizing various data sources such as distributor data, customer data, syndicated data, and more
• Attend sales meetings as required
• Ad hoc administrative support around brand/product submission and onboarding with new customers
• Track performance against internal sales KPIs
• Participate in relevant Trade Shows and events as needed
• Support Canada and Mexico expansion as needed;
• Partner effectively with HQ counterparts and share best practices

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business-related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills and ability to build reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with syndicated data and how to apply it in a sales environment
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Strong work ethic and takes initiative, and ownership of work
• Good attitude toward teamwork
• Able to multitask and prioritize
• Portuguese or other languages a plus
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
