Looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Fusion Technology is building a team to serve as the complete Data Center for our client, DeCA.

We are in search of Enterprise Application Support, to join our Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) team. Enterprise Application Support utilizes tools to update and configure applications within the
desktop environment. Including but not limited to; Microsoft System Center Configuration
Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, BMC’s IT Service Management (ITSM) Suite,
BMC Configuration Management Database, and BMC Discovery: (formerly Atrium Discovery
and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) software to supports the agency’s asset management and
change management. BMC Discovery is used to conduct end-to-end discovery of all of DeCA’s
physical, virtual, and application assets. Utilize Azure, Ticket application and BMC Discovery
work in tandem to provide service desk management, change management, asset management,
knowledge management, and service request management throughout day-to-day agency

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high availability (reference performance standards) for Azure, SCCM/ Endpoint
    Manager, Service Management (BMC) resources while ensuring confidentiality and integrity
    of the environment provided to the business.
  • Conduct end-to-end discovery of all of DeCA's physical, virtual, and application assets, and
    provide reports. Monitor server event changes (Ticket application System structured items)
    and server statistics (peak hours, performance hits, etc.).
  • Report fixed and floating license assignments. Initiate license renewal paperwork for the
    Ticket application as necessary.
  • Analyze, operate and optimize configurations of DeCA's ITSM Suite.
  • Support the; Action Request System, ITSM Suite, CMDB, SRM, SLM, Digital WorkPlace,
    Smart IT, Web Server, and Ticket application Mid-Tier.
  • Provide end user training and support as requested.
  • Create various ad hoc reports spreadsheets, charts, graphics, and presentation slides upon request.
  • Design, develop, evaluate and integrate fixes/patches and enhancements through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ensure all aspects of Disaster Recovery (DR) are operational and tested.
  • Assist the Configuration Management Team with populating, updating and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), to include but not limited to; answering support questions and providing knowledge articles as requested.
  • Manage the Asset Manager linkages between agency assets to include software licenses, leases, warranty, and support contracts.

Basic Qualifications:

Security+CE (or equivalent or higher security certificate)
● Senior Level: 7+ years of experience in specialty.
● Intermediate Level: 3+ years of experience in specialty.
Certification in at least one of the following, equivalent or higher:
SCCM, (Azure, Endpoint Mgr.) BMC Certified Professional, BMC
Accredited Administrator, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Practitioner; Service Management
