Senior Content and Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

As a Fusion Senior Content and Digital Marketing Manager you will define, develop, execute and grow multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate leads for Fusion Risk Management software and world-class advisory consulting services. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop the strategy and drive the execution of an ongoing series of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Fusion subject matter experts to develop the content and messaging including whitepapers, guides, customer case studies, webinars and related marketing deliverables for use in campaigns
  • Develop and oversee effective SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies to help connect our customers and prospective customers to meaningful product and marketing experiences
  • Provide both lead and contributing roles for inbound marketing efforts including email, videos, and other forms of thought leadership and content marketing
  • Oversee our corporate website and the management of content and collaborate effectively with other cross-functional roles to execute website development strategy and changes
  • Leverage analysis to inform content creation and campaign strategies, improving search performance
  • Direct Fusion's creative services resources including writers and designers
  • Direct Fusion’s digital advertising strategy, paid media, and ABM program
  • Monitor and analyze overall campaign performance, provide strategy adjustments based on performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to launch, monitor and measure campaign results, leads and ROI
  • Collaborate with sales management to monitor lead filtering and qualification at the top of the sales funnel.
  • Develop and enhance marketing collateral materials and ensure effectiveness in accelerating the sales process
  • Collect customer testimonials by reaching out to customers through various channels
  • Assist in implementing website, CMS changes and needed redirects as needed for digital demand
  • Assist in graphic design and templates

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 7-10 years’ experience in developing and executing marketing programs to build awareness and drive lead generation
  • Experience in B2B marketing environment required, preferably with SaaS applications and web technologies including Pardot and Salesforce.com or similar MAS and CRM tools
  • The successful candidate should be well versed and hands-on in the latest digital marketing trends, including SEO, re-targeting, email, campaign optimization, and analytics
  • Experience working with agency partners and related external resources
  • Ability to establish and manage marketing campaign budget
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal
  • Strong project management skills, taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing them through to completion
  • High attention to detail to all work product
  • Ability to be a self-starter, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to quickly innovate and adapt to a dynamic fast paced environment
