Fuse Marketing, named by Outside Magazine as one of the "Best Places to Work in 2022, is looking to partner with students on your campus this Spring to bring awareness to the refurbished tech market. If you're interested in sustainability, tech, marketing, and the inside scoop on what it takes to be a Brand Ambassador, this is the job for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking self-starters who are active on campus and have an interest in brand promotion and sustainability through on-campus and digital activations. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with everything you need to run a successful program.

Tasks:

•Become an expert storyteller for the Back Market brand

•Dip your toes into the tech sustainability world in order to best represent the company and its mission

•Create compelling digital content for social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram

•Plan and host Back Market brand activations on campus (with the help of our team, of course!)

•Distribute Back Market swag on campus

•Pursue potential collaborations with other groups on campus to promote the Back Market brand

Qualifications Requirements:

•Currently enrolled full time in college as an undergraduate

•Able to commit to approximately 4-6 hours a week

•Well connected on campus and engaged with campus life and your peers, both in person and digitally

•Self-starter and impeccable communicator who thinks outside of the box

•Has a passion for creating fun and engaging digital content, and an active presence on social media channels

•Organized and detail oriented

•Willing to keep social media profiles public for the duration of your program

•Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people in person and digitally

•Works well in a collaborative team environment

•A problem-solver who knows when to ask for help

•Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

•3.0 GPA or higher

•Interested in communications, business, marketing, social media, sales, or project management

•Proven experience completing tasks on a deadline
