Job Description

Customer Service

Use your Customer Service skills and work in the busy office of an established transportation company. This full-time Customer Service opportunity will allow you to work with and assist clients primarily via email, but also by phone. The Customer Service position involves a variety of time-sensitive duties requiring attention to detail. The Customer Service position is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.

Hours: Vary throughout the week, 9am-5:30pm OR 10am-6pm

Pay: $15.00/hour

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client emails for pick-up alerts
  • Generate freight bills from bills of lading
  • Data entry, including documenting proof-of-delivery
  • Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Handle other customer service responsibilities as needed

Customer Service Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
