We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! The duties of this position will include clerical and administrative functions to provide day-to-day support to associates and firm operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, efficient, and organized. The position will undertake a variety of support tasks while working diligently to complete time-sensitive work. Prior office administrative experience is preferred. Salary for this position is commensurate based on prior experience.

The candidate must be willing to work independently as well as part of a team. It is a must that the candidate for this position be timely, dependable, reliable, and have a positive attitude. This is an important position for our company that allows all other aspects of our organization to run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and assist associates
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
- Monitor supply level and handle shortages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of all office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office procedures
- Ability to adapt quickly to technology changes and upgrades
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
