Front Desk Manager

We are looking for a front desk manager to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, appointments, and patient experiences.

As a front desk manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to all of our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage all phone calls and provide information for clients.
  • Greet all patients warmly and energetically and assist with any questions they may have.
  • Accept and process all payments.
  • Keep all patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Accurately schedule all patient appointments.
  • Confirm online and phone appointments.
  • Attend marketing events when needed.
  • Perform bookkeeping, appointments, and clerical duties.
  • Understand and educate patients with products and policies.
  • Display excellent leadership and communication skills in all aspects of the job.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service/front desk.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Understanding of insurance verifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in solving issues.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
