Patent Agent

Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 500 attorneys in 16 markets across nine states and Washington, D.C., seeks a Patent Agent with at least 3 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the computing and/or electrical arts to join its top-rated Midwest intellectual property practice. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (and preferably an advanced degree) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field. The candidate should also have excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills and be capable of independent and creative work. Prior experience with microscopes and medical imaging systems is beneficial. Although the Cincinnati, OH and Indianapolis, IN offices are preferred, the candidate may reside in any of our 17 markets.
