Frontline Call Center is now seeking qualified applicants to workfrom home!

Frontline Call Center is currently hiring for FT, and PT Temporary employees.

Frontline Call Center is a W4 employer, we do NOT hire independent contractors.

Job Description: Pay $11.50 hr.

As a new agent, you will go through a training to learn the account. Training for this position typically lasts one day, and your permanent schedule would begin following this training period.

Once trained you will make Outbound calls, to established patients, to get feedback about the care they received, and see if they have any questions about their current insurance.

Agents in this position must be bilingual, and be able to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish.

This project is slated to last from now until the end of December.

Please do not apply if:

You are not able to work Tuesday Saturday, from 7:00am to 4:00PM PST.

You can not fluently read, write, and speak Spanish.

You have other distractions that will interfere with performing the duties of this position.

You have another job that you were planning to work during the same hours as this one.

You do not have previous phone experience.

You do not have a Computer with AT LEAST 8gb of Ram, Intel Core i3-7100 or AMD Ryzen3 1200 or better CPU/Processor, an SSD (Solids State Drive), Windows 10 OS X, Malwarebytes, ISP Speeds of 20mbps download, and 5mbps upload speed.

What you will need:

Computer Headset

Computer that meets the specs listed above

Back up home phone

A quiet place to work at home with a locking door. It is critical to prevent background noise on calls by choosing a distraction-free area where callers can't hear any sounds such as kids, barking dogs, traffic, doorbells, TVs, radios, etc.

Desired Skills:

Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Ability to deal with upset customers and calm them down. Exceptionalattention to detail and ability to multitask.

Frontline Call Center takes attendance seriously. If you have reoccurring attendance issues during your employment with us, we will not be able to proceed with employment. If you are selected for an interview, please be sure that you let us know any upcoming needs, as those are the only ones that will be excused.

The following shift is available:

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Shifts needed are for Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm PST.

Experience:

  • Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
