Senior Change Management Analyst

Frontier Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management expert to work with a client to execute large-scale organization transformation, change management, and business process improvement focused on transforming health care. Experience integrating organizational components into a cohesive structure and large-scale software deployments is highly desirable. The successful candidate will apply consulting and change management methodologies and frameworks to formulate recommendations and develop well-written deliverables and executive briefings in support of transformation initiatives. The resource will play a lead role in preparing high quality deliverables on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have expertise and experience working with/for large scale, commercial medical entities as a management or technology consultant to implement high visibility and/or enterprise-level projects, programs, technologies, and initiatives. Ideal candidates will also have experience with commercial business unit integration and cloud software deployments.
Scope:
The Senior Change Management/Merger consultant will work closely with the client in the planning and implementation of major organizational transformation initiatives. The candidate must be comfortable with interpreting ambiguous and complex information and collaborating with client leadership to set expectations, shape work product development, and ensure quality delivery from our analyst staff. The candidate will play a lead role in the development of deliverables to include, but not limited to: Stakeholder Analyses, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plans, Change Management Vision and Strategy, Organizational Design, Assessment of Change Readiness Leadership Alignment, and Organizational Impact, and Enterprise-wide Training.

+ Working with clients to define and then execute change management strategies to enable organizational transformation within the organization
+ Conducting stakeholder analyses and assessments of change readiness and organizational impact
+ Supporting stakeholder management and crafting engagement and communications plans
+ Working with clients to review and develop guidance and policies that will facilitate understanding, adoption, and implementation of new processes
+ Reviewing, understanding, and effectively communicating the impact of new processes, policies and legislation, and implementing strategic initiatives to address process and policy changes
+ Developing Executive Briefings that summarize major work products
+ Preparing and updating status reports and project plans
+ Supporting and enabling the deployment of supply chain logistics support strategy to execute comprehensive life cycle management of medical equipment
+ Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders across workstreams, program teams, and the enterprise as necessary (e.g., escalate risks and issues, create corresponding mitigation strategies, identify gaps, capitalize on synergies between teams, etc.)
+ Supporting the development of a Project Management Office (PMO), management plans, project charters and plans, and transition plans
+ Supporting the management of day-to-day interactions with clients and internal FTI team
+ Displaying both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding healthcare operations
+ Displaying leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
+ Assisting with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials
+ Actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Six to eight years of experience working on complex team-based engagements in a consulting organization focused on enterprise transformation initiatives
+ Experience and knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, and Lean principles/Six Sigma
+ Proactively engages with clients to identify challenges, recommends solutions, and manages expectations
+ Demonstrates active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues
+ Anticipates client needs, recognizes and acts on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement
+ Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Three to five years of professional work experience in management consulting
+ Strong proficiency with MS Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Experience participating in at least one complex change management program or new office stand-up effort
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across areas
+ Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
+ Knowledge and experience with mergers/change management in the health care sector
