We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working in sales, marketing, and customer service and can see themselves in a fast moving, high energy, team environment. This position works closely with our management team to coordinate the activities and training of team members. The Position Entails:
- be responsible for all training aspects of team members
- interview and assist managers in making basic hiring decisions
- excel in our management training program (working from entry level to senior management)
- meet with customers & build brand loyalty while representing a well recognized brand
- report daily sales results and communicate goals to tea
