We are a growing company looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator in our Carmel, IN office to helps us increase our sales revenue and strengthen customer relationships. We seek a self-starting individual with outstanding organization and communication skills.
In the Customer Sales Coordinator role, you will build relationships with our clients and search for ways to grow our sales. You will need to provide accurate and timely support to the outside and inside sales teams including, administrative support and/or customer service. Spending your time interacting with customers, team members and vendors you’ll need to be an excellent communicator. We need a person who is a multi-tasker, detailed oriented, can manage fast past environment, and can maintain accountability, consistency and be a team player.
- Handles incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and provides requested information in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data analysis for current and historical trends
- Coordination of trade shows for multiple manufactures
- Order entry, quotes
- Be flexible, perform various other duties as required by supervisor
- Experience in SAP and Oracle a plus
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
The Inside Sales Support Representative should be proficient in Microsoft office with high proficiency in Excel, Power Point. Strong understanding and experience in relating to customer service. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
