Search Engine Marketing Coordinator

WHAT WE WANT

FriendFinder Networks is looking for a Search Engine Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing affiliate accounts, providing exceptional customer service to affiliates, ensure affiliate payments are completed in a timely manner, manage media campaigns, process invoice payments, execute contracts and implement strategic and tactical changes as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager. Your contributions will ensure FriendFinder Networks will continue to provide our customers the best possible user experience for everyone who visits our web sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure media deliverable are delivered to vendors
  • Execute timely advertising campaign launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues (traffic, billing, display) for review and action
  • Evaluate and make recommendation notes on renewals
  • Ensure coordination and clear communications among the key stakeholders throughout the course of the campaign, including reviews and approvals at agreed-to milestones
  • Provide timely, consistent and accurate support and account management
  • Perform other duties as assigned and special projects as assigned
  • Create, track, analyze and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Adwords, Bing Ads and other biddable platforms
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly optimization tasks (keyword bidding, keyword expansion, negative keyword management, ad testing, etc.)

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • AA degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ accounting operations experience
  • Experience with campaign reporting utilizing analytical and proprietary tools

· Must be comfortable with adult content

  • Must be at least 21 years old

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

  • Some HTML, SQL, Revive Knowledge , TruEffect knowledge or experience desired
  • Some exposure to ecommerce
  • Some experience/knowledge with Google Adwords Editor, Adwords Certification desired
  • Able to monitor, identify, and analyze trends in performance metrics and data

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE

  • Strong analytical skills and be proficient with Excel
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Have a high degree of honesty and integrity
  • Demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Be a team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Be detail oriented; able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
