You will NOT experience the typical "tax" season. Due to our client-mix , you will have a steady level of challenging work throughout the year; you will NOT be overworked because our client work is spread out evenly throughout the year. You will focus on accounting, tax, entrepreneurial services, Quickbooks engagements, training/mentoring younger staff, and managing the firm's accounting/tax department.

Applicant MUST have prior CPA firm experience and be well-versed with Quickbooks.
You will be:
1. Working with a wide variety of clients on accounting, tax, and traditional engagements.
2. Working with our paperless electronic work paper solution
3. Working with our tax preparation, tax planning, and tax research fully integrated software
4. Working with our time management, staff management, job management and billing software in order to improve work-flow, project management, and operational efficiency
Your responsibilities will include:
A. Reviewing working papers and tax returns
B. Supervising/managing accounting and tax staff including scheduling, workflow, and similar firm logistics
C. Tax planning, tax research, IRS representation and correspondence, and similar tax related projects
D. Reporting directly to and working with the managing/founding principal of the firm
E. Preparing complex tax returns and working on more complex small business, entrepreneurial client engagements
