Freshpet Consumer Care - Director

Freshpet, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a leader for their Consumer Care team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Elevate the voice of the consumer across the company by overseeing consumer responses and proactively supporting consumers at the point of purchase and on third-party sites  
  • Oversee the internal consumer care team and external partners regarding pet parent’s questions, concerns and other inquiries via multiple channels including txt, chat, and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
  • Lead administrator of the Astute (CRM system) including dashboards and system improvements to optimize workflow and data integration with Salesforce and Dynamic 365
  • Support Regulatory and Quality on product needs and concerns

Qualifications/Skills

  • Over 10 years of consumer affairs experience at a CPG company
  • Experience in social media community management or an active presence on social media platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and problem solving skills
  • Experience with consumer affairs platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Astute)
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, ability to communicate well with team member
  • An interest in pets and/or animals a huge plus!
