The B2B Sales and Marketing Representative will assist with the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for both Freshorize and Barista product lines while working with the CEO, key account manager, and other integral team members. This individual will drive account acquisition within target industries such as hotel, transportation (airlines, cruise ships, busses, and trains), office space, and retail. The B2B Sales and Marketing Representative will, most importantly, close deals.
The B2B Sales and Marketing Representative will perform the following duties along with any additional duties as seen fit by management per company needs:
Maintain a clear understanding of all products offered
Conduct research on target markets and prospect companies
Work with the management team to build and execute a sales strategy
Potential candidate is expected to assist with existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
Identify key decision makers at prospect companies
Cold call prospects daily
Develop relationships with decision makers through direct calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings
Hold meaningful conversations with decision makers to determine needs, explain and demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals
Provide free samples and free trials where applicable
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Complete all required paperwork within the sales process
Work with key account managers after initial sale
Remain up to date on trends affecting customers
Assist with the strengthening of the company’s online presence through connecting with various bloggers, magazines, and other media outlets to provide free samples in exchange for published reviews
Build and maintain good working relationships with staff within both the US and International divisions

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience closing deals with fortune 500 companies
At least 1 year of cold calling experience
At least 1 year of experience in conducting market research
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of sales life cycle
Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing
Outstanding relationship building skills
Great communication skills (both oral and written)
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and be crossed trained to assist staff when needed
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
