Fresh Talent Sources is looking for a Customer Service Representative position near Westpoint, PA. The role will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and working with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams to support customers in North America.
- Attend to customer requirements - Identify customer requirements and work with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops, and Manufacturing teams.
- Give suggestions and improve business quality - Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and are customer advocates supporting internal/extern partner calls.
- Manage life cycle - manages the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP).
- Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
- Completed Associate or Bachelor's degree.
