Fresh Picked Pizza is looking for you! We have a brand new 5000 sf modern Italian café just built so this is going to be a fresh start for all of us!

Fresh Picked Pizza & Café is a unique Italian concept focused on serving fresh, high-quality espresso, breads, pizza, pasta, and salads. Our dough, sauces, and dressings are made daily from scratch with no preservatives or additives. We chop up veggies every day and shop for produce twice each week. We do not use fryers and we serve many diets including gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and vegan. We need a friendly, fun-loving, detail-oriented Italian-food enthusiasts who will lead by example and uphold the high standards we are known for. We have been in business for 15 years and we need positive-energy workers who will quickly learn our menu and processes and bring some good energy into our pizzeria and café.

We are in Blaine at 87th and Central Ave NE (Hwy 65)—open from 7am until 9pm, and we offer dine in, take out, and take & bake options. We need those who are focused on getting the work done quickly and with a friendly disposition as we work closely with our guests. We feature flexible 3-5-day work weeks, excellent hourly pay plus tips, no late nights, career advancement opportunities, and a free meal each shift. Qualities:

You either are or wish to be an exceptional pizzaiolo, baker, barista, server, or custodian/groundskeeper

Responsibilities:
You welcome and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
You can stand for eight hours and work quickly with your hands
Shifts are flexible 20-40 hours per week
You can learn the menu completely so you will be knowledgeable for our guests
You can verify orders are correct before sending them out
You respect our company values and will encourage teammates to do the same
You practice food safety and you require it of others

Experience helps but we are really looking for hardworking, friendly people who can make our guests smile!
