RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Commercial real estate billing contact
  • Assist HR department with employee onboarding
  • File management and office organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience preferred, and must be a quick learner on various computer software
  • Ability to multitask
  • 3 years bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
