We are looking for someone to provide clerical and project administrative support to our project managers. Will have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
- Answering phones
- Typing estimates prepared by Project Managers
- Maintain scheduling calendar for Project Manager(s)
- Maintain simple spreadsheets
- Simple word processing and data entry activities
- Create reports for Project Managers
- Provide support in record keeping, data entry, and communications
- Other clerical duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications necessary are basic word processing and spreadsheet skills (MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook), 2+ years relevant experience needed, Quickbooks Premier proficient, someone with attention to detail, initiative, good interpersonal skills, ability to problem solve and make decisions. Dog lovers welcome, we have a dog friendly office with large breed dogs here daily.
