E-Commerce Marketing Manager - Beauty Brand

A clean Beauty Brand is seeking Ecommerce Expert to join their beauty brand! You will be responsible for setting up the eCommerce website for the brand and develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing ecommerce sales across all digital channels. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned online marketer, who has a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, and feedback programs.

If you love developing strategies to aggressively build a customer database and have a passion for eCommerce merchandising, we are looking for you! This consultant may also get involved with two additional sister brands in the beauty/skincare space! Your day-to-day: * Setup eCommerce Selling site * Implement strategies to include affiliate marketing, loyalty programs and feedback programs * Create Strategies to build customer database through: * Understanding funnel creation * Implementing Digital & Social Ads * Using mailchimp retargeting emails * Website merchandising and maintenance * Updating Banners and Mini Banners * Create Discount and Promotion Codes * New Product Uploads * Inventory Maintenance * SMS Offers * Email Campaign Planning and Execution * Build out eNews calendar * Creating Briefs and coordinating with Creative for necessary assets * Thanksgiving and Holiday Promotion planning and execution * Growth of Email Subscriber list * Analyzing market segmentation of subscriber list * Create and execute strategies for content marketing, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media marketing ad space and audience nurturing campaigns.

* Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns as they relate to the targeted KPIs * Manage the Customer Loyalty program including setup, acquisition, retention, and offers. * Ongoing optimization of online campaigns for best ROI, conversion rates and user experience * Identify trends in the market, marketing and business practices, and in technology through research and find new ways to capitalize on the ever- changing landscape * Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure the best results from partnerships * Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What we re looking for: * 5 years of experience in online marketing and ecommerce management or related field * Understanding of data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) * Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods * Proven success in running various types of marketing campaigns * Experience with of Facebook, Google and Bing advertising * Ability to target audiences and create campaigns that engage, inform and motivate * Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments * Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. AdRoll, Criteo) * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Hands-on experience managing and marketing digital content programs. * Knowledge of the Rakuten Affiliate Network * Experience with digital marketing products such as content syndication, display advertising, and native/custom content would be highly regarded as a plus.
