Lane Attendant Job Description
Customer Service first and foremost- You will always have a smile and greet all your guest with the upmost respect always. Speak clearly and to where they can hear you, answer their questions to the best of your ability or ask them to hold on just a second so you can find someone who can answer all their questions.
You are here for the customers.
You will not use foul language while here at this center towards your co-workers, customers, or anyone at any time.
Your schedule for the following week will always be posted at the end of the hallway.
Birthday parties will be posted at the front desk on a board with information.
You are to come into your job and not wait on anyone to tell you what to do.
You need to be prompt with everything you do.
You will need to make sure you go to management and get a drawer and radio and ask what is going on for that day so you are aware and can complete you job to the best of your ability.
Cleanliness of the bowling center.
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors in concourse, pit, arcade, laser tag and bathroom areas.
Bussing all tables and wiping them down.
Keeping windows clean in the entrance area.
Keeping all arcade games clean and wiped down.
Learning and knowing how to run redemption, laser tag and front desk.
Keeping parking lot clean.
Taking out all trash in all areas and keeping the trash receptacles clean.
Keep the Coca Cola Fountain full of ice.
Making all calls and writing them down for mechanics.
Counting inventory of shoes and bowling balls, and or redemption when told to.
Keep ball returns clean and clear of all debris.
Clean bathrooms, stalls, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, toilets, urinals, trash and floors.
Keep Laser Tag clean at all times and all vest plugged in. Turn in all receipts and the report for that day at closing.
