Our Systems and Products

At Four Dimensions, we provide four-point probes with an extended measurement range or sophisticated probing for compound semiconductors. Our Modified four-point probe measures PN junction leakage and sheet resistivity in the same probing step meeting the requirements for ultra-shallow junction probing.

We offer the broadest range of Mercury probe geometries and special capacitance measurement electronics. This permits our systems to probe and characterize various materials, including semiconductors, oxides, dielectrics, SOI (silicon on insulator), and films on conducting or insulating substrates.

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Technician.

You’ll be expected to

• Responsible for testing, installation, repair, and maintenance of products and systems

• Install new tools and complete both engineering and application tasks

• Assist with troubleshooting requests and responding to down tool situations

• Provide correct documentation requested and feedback to engineering and sales teams. Help provide potential leads for future sales

• Providing Applications feedback to look at constant product improvement

What you’ll bring to the table

• Excellent interpersonal & customer communication skills

• Requires an AA degree OR military/technical training/education

• 3 - 5 years of similar experience required

• Previous field service experience in the semiconductor industry with experience in electrical, mechanical, and software functions is strongly desired but not required

• Preferred experience in Semiconductor applications.

• Ability to work unsupervised yet within a team setting

• This is an excellent environment for a curious, self-starter. On-the-job training will be provided

• This is a 100% on-site position, Mon-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

• The office is located in Hayward, CA 94545

• Some travel is required, approximately 10%
