Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Career Planner within our WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) Program. help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is flexible to Antigo, WI, Merrill, WI and Wausau, WI with travel to each office.
The Career Planner provides individual and group services to assist youth and adults in work experience, work readiness skills and job skills training. The Career Planner with network, recruit and retain potential program participants. This individual will market services to area employers, create job leading and placement opportunities for program customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Create and establish relationships with employers to meet work experience, internship and job placement goals
- Determine eligibility for WIOA services
- Maintain all aspects of CRM system
- Survey employers on employment and training needs and projected skill shortages
- Attend employer related meetings and activities
- Enter data accurately and timely into appropriate networks
- Identify and monitor shifts and trends in the local labor market and adjust services accordingly
- Develop and maintain employer relations, community awareness and partnerships
Associates degree and two plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a starting rate of $19.10/hour with additional compensation based on experience beyond the minimum requirement. In addition to compensation, we have an excellent benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability (employer-paid benefit), Basic Life and AD&D (employer-paid benefit), 6% 401k match (with no vesting period), Paid Time Off (accruing up to 20 days in the first 12 months) and 12 Paid Holidays.
