Who We Are
Our mission is to elevate the guest's experience with a noticeable elevation in food, service, hospitality and design aesthetic above other casual dining experiences. We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
We are looking for servers to join our team and facilitate all operations in the main dining room. You will work together with other front of house employees to ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience from the moment they walk into the door all the way through departure.
Responsibilities and duties:
Facilitate all front of the house aspects of the dining experience which include but not limited to the following:
Greet guests and organize order queue
Guide guests through the food and beverage menu, answering questions as needed
Take food and beverage orders
Manage the seating of parties based on dining room availability
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
Keep the dining room clean, organized, and properly set throughout the shift
Qualifications and skills:
Experience as a server in high-volume, fast-paced setting
Passion for food and wine with a willingness to learn and grow with an evolving company
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and communicate effectively
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long hours
