Managers Needed for Busy SF Restaurant

We are looking for a floor manager or AGM to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated leader with a passion for hospitality and service. This position works closely with the General Manager to develop and execute an exceptional dining experience and service program. Floor managers assist in overseeing daily operations on the floor as well as behind the scenes.

Qualifications and skills:

Two years leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced setting
Passion for food and wine with a willingness to learn and grow with an evolving company
Strong attention to detail, commitment to service, and sense of urgency
Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office as well as basic computer skills
Basic understanding of financials, inventory, ordering
Experience with hiring and scheduling
Willing and available to work long shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, and communicate professionally and effectively
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to lift 50 lb's
