Job Description

Please note; this role is based in Fort Myers!

Our projects are located in the Southwest Florida area.

We are seeking Electrical Project Superintendents to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida! You will be our on-site superintendent overseeing all aspects of the electrical installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to final inspection and warranty
  • Prepare material requisitions
  • Attend job site meetings
  • Prepare manpower schedules
  • Allocate resources (tools and equipment) for assigned projects
  • Supervise on-site personnel, peace-workers, and subcontractors
  • Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and client
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a superintendent on large commercial or multi-family projects
  • Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Autocad is a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Starting pay commensurate with experience.
