HR Manager Employee Relations

We are seeking an HR Manager Employee Relations to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Conduct workplace investigations
  • Train individuals and groups on anti-harassment policies
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications:

  • Three years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Fundamental knowledge of federal and California labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and managers
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or social sciences
