As part of the digital marketing team, this position combines the competitive drive of a sales professional with the digital savvy of today's marketer.
You will support the digital marketing team by generating prospects and closing inside sales. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and various external stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain the best possible processes to serve our customers. This role requires you to be able to quickly assess situational needs and overcome barriers to deliver solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound campaign leads and work closely with marketing operations to ensure funnel growth and health.
Prospect new leads for inside sales initiatives through focused customer outreach for current and future products, primarily over the phone.
Deliver sales results and meet campaign goals through planning and organizing daily schedule dedicated to executing sales calls.
Manage and coordinate timelines, arrange kick-off meetings, and create calendars for assigned projects, assigning tasks, tracking deliverables and ensuring adherence to set schedules.
Communicate regularly with program stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ensure successful/on-time completion of milestones, hand-offs.
Who You Are:
You are an energetic sales professional who thrives is a customer-focused environment. You enjoy taking ownership and driving tasks to resolution. You have a self-starter mentality.
2-4 years progressive experience in inside sales, preferably in a tech-oriented, Saas, or business-to-business environment.
Experience supporting the implementation of lead generation marketing campaigns.
Successfully closed sales with proven results.
Proven project management and relationship experience.
Demonstrated experience defining and optimizing complex processes and communicating sophisticated product knowledge.
Knowledge of digital communication channels (web, social media, etc.) and how they influence sales cycle.
