Community Outreach & Customer Service Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our community outreach and customer service team. Our community outreach and fundraising team is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients. Our team of  Community Outreach & Customer Service Associates is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their fundraising needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit clients brands, their outreach goals and initiatives 
• Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness 
• Provide excellent customer service to every potential donor 
• Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through onsite events 
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere 
• Support all team members
• Identify trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory

Job Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• 0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
• Travel is required
