Accounts Payable Clerk

For more than 30 years Fortessa Tableware Solutions, LLC has been an integrated designer, developer, and marketer of high-quality tableware. We design and source the dinnerware, flatware, glassware and serveware selected by the top foodservice professionals worldwide and preferred for home entertaining.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance team onsite, Monday through Friday, at our corporate headquarters at One Loudoun in Ashburn, Virginia.

• Review Account Payable invoices, post for payment in ERP (NetSuite) system.
• Assist with check run process.
• Assist with monthly expense reimbursement process in Certify.
• Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies.
• Resolution of Purchase Order and/or invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with clerical duties as assigned.

• Minimum 6 months experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience processing Purchase Orders is REQUIRED.
• Must have solid Excel skills.
• Possesses excellent communications skills; verbally and written.
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to prioritize tasks and display high level of accountability.
• Amenable to working in the office 5 days a week.
• Enjoys learning and working in a very small team.

Full-time position (40-hour work week)
