This position provides financial service to our membership. In this role, you will work closely with both current and potential members to identify financial needs and suggest products and services to meet those needs. You will also work to resolve issues, answer questions and be a resource for our membership. This position may be located at any of our branch locations.
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of similar or related experience within a financial institution.
Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Special Skills and Abilities:
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with members, either by telephone or in person and must project a positive and cooperative approach when interacting with members.
A basic working knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures.
Present a professional business like appearance. May be assigned and must be willing to work at any branch location including One Stop/Personnel Services Center at Fort Bragg.
Ability to work with a variety of software applications.
