We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant- Office Manager that will be responsible for the overall experience of all our clients and internal customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Administration- Executive meeting, conference room bookings, place catering orders, pay bills, make travel arrangements, process expense reports
Hospitality Services- Conference/Meeting Room set ups, Audio visual sets ups, and troubleshooting IT meeting requirements, Pantry & Catering Support
Facilities Management- Overseeing and making sure all repairs are done in a timely manner and that we are in contact with the best vendors, develop a relationship with building manager to ensure all issues or concerns can be dealt with quickly
Print- Perform spot checks & verify copies and print jobs are done correctly and efficiently
Mail- Assisting with Shipping & Receiving, collect mail from different floors and ensure they are placed in the correct areas for outgoing mail, maintain postage equipment
Previous experience as a Facilities/Office Services Manager/ Hospitality Manager is a plus
Experience in Conference room set ups/Meetings
Print & Mail experience is preferred
Bachelors in Management or Related field is preferred
