This position requires a unique combination of knowledge and experience: (a) knowledge/understanding of audio/video/lighting systems installation; and (b) prior experience in the management of sales activities. This includes assisting, advising and directing a sales team in the preparation of accurate sales proposals, as well as leading and guiding a strategic sales effort. The successful candidate should possess advanced PC skills, as well as organization and analytical abilities. - Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or communications preferred
- At least five years in a sales leadership role within a professional services environment
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills, sales management and strategic planning, and a proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales program are required
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees at all levels in the organization
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Advanced PC skills Including MS Office also required
- Experience with or knowledge of commercial AV preferred
