The Finance Supervisor will support the distribution center operational information flow through the finance department. The Finance Supervisor will report directly to the Manager of Finance.

The Finance Supervisor’s primary responsibilities include oversight and involvement in budget preparation, forecasting, accounts payable and financial reporting functions, processing daily financial reports, produce monthly fiscal reporting package, and opportunities and update labor variance files and input required data necessary to produce operational scorecards.

Overview of Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Finance Analyst and Administrative roles
  • Prepare journal entries at the end of the month
  • Balance and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare financial reporting and staffing models and other department reports as needed
  • Problem resolution with AP invoices/vendor problems, reporting, etc
  • Vendor maintenance oversight
  • Budget Preparation
  • Weekly Forecasting
  • Daily Financial Reporting
  • End User/Internal Control Compliance

Finance Functions

  • Prepare monthly fiscal financial reports package.
  • Prepare weekly quality and performance reporting.


  • Prepare daily report for distribution to FL organization
  • Prepare monthly fiscal reporting package.


  • Research, collect, maintain, and analyze periodic financial information to make recommendations as to the potential trend or movement of financial position.
  • Conduct research and provide documentation in support of project analysis.


  • Assist with projects and analyses to support new business initiatives as needed.

Service Center Operations

  • Understands basic operation flow and relation ships between work centers and cost centers..
  • Familiar with all production reporting processes.
  • Support all processes associated with financial information and production flow.


• Minimum of three to five years accounting or financial experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics or Accounting
• One or more years of financial analyst experience in a supply chain environment preferred.
