Cooks / Station Chefs
- Must have culinary experience
- At least 6-month experience
- Ability to create food recipes from scratch
- Previous catering experience a plus
- Ability to follow directions from Head Chef
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have knowledge of kitchen operation and cleanliness
- Must have good knife skills
- Must have knowledge of plating and portion size
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry for extended periods of time
- Must have a food handlers card
