Customer Service Representative
- $13 to $15 Hourly
- Part-Time
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team with full time availability based on performance. You will be responsible for helping customers by processing title and registration transactions, answering questions pertaining to MVD transactions and policy while being professional and friendly to customers. Certified Processors are preferred but it is not a requirement. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the MVD forms and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
